PROJECT ASSISTANCE

Opening a new school or facility or just adding student enrollment to an existing one comes with many challenges not the least of which, is selecting and sourcing the most cost-effective solutions for furniture and equipment. We pride ourselves in our ability to be a true partner by helping you effectively plan for exactly what you will need to best serve the students and staff at your school. We accomplish this through a variety of services:

1. Space Planning: This is an essential step in any new facility project and we help you do this by providing suggested furnishings lists for each room as well as by creating electronic furniture layouts for your new spaces. This helps you rest easy that the furniture you order will fit in your rooms and provide an effective learning environment.
2. Product Selection: When assisting in the initial selection of FFE items, we will work with you to develop a plan that meets your needs and your budget! The initial selections will be included in a spreadsheet and listed by room. We will make recommendations for items often overlooked (clocks, trash cans, cleaning equipment, mats, etc.). Based on our extensive experience in furnishing education buildings, we will make recomendations based on the budget and educational purpose of the rooms. During the course of the planning stage, as items are added and/or deleted, the spreadsheet will be updated. Upon finalization of your selections, we assist in the selection of fabrics, finishes and other choices that need to be made prior to placing the order and final discounts will be applied based on the overall volume of the order.
3. Coordinate Delivery and Installation: We will arrange for the optimal delivery schedule, track shipments and keep you informed on the status of all deliveries to your school. If necessary, we will arrange for installation services to be included in your project (Additional costs will apply) which will include removal of packing materials from your school site
4. Provide Complete Documentation: We will provide the school with a binder containing a complete listing of all products purchased and their specifications. This will be a valuable tool and resource for the school.
